Car Insurance Fraud Investigation
Fraud is a major issue for insurance companies. The IFB (Insurance Fraud Bureau) say “Bogus and inflated insurance claims cost the UK insurance industry over £1.6 billion a year and this can add 5% to every policyholder’s premiums”.
In these cases, GBB are particularly adept at identifying evidence and producing reports which will support a genuine claim or which will negate a fraudulent claim.
The work produced has been used successfully in the High Court (Claimant) County Courts (Claimant & Defendant) and Criminal Courts (Prosecution).
